These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to the website at https://devruntimepath.digital and the consultations offered by Devruntime Path (“we,” “us”). By using the site or booking a consultation, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request our services.

Acceptance

Using this website or submitting a consultation request constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any additional written engagement letter we issue for a specific booking. Where an engagement letter conflicts with these Terms on fee, scope, or delivery, the engagement letter prevails for that booking.

Services described

Pages describing FX Trend Reviews, Weekly Currency Monitoring, Settlement Window Briefings, and Pair Watchlist Setup are informational. They do not create a contract until we confirm a booking in writing and, where applicable, receive any required deposit. We do not provide brokerage, discretionary portfolio management, or bank execution services.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and original written notes delivered to clients remain our intellectual property unless an engagement letter assigns specific materials. You may use delivered notes within your organisation for internal decision-making. You may not republish our notes as your own research or resell them.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of exposure lists, settlement dates, and other information you provide. Decisions to instruct a bank, enter a hedge, or change commercial pricing remain yours. Our analysis does not replace advice from your licensed financial, tax, or legal advisers where those professions are required.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Thailand, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or missed market levels, arising from use of the site or reliance on consultation notes. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Website accuracy

We aim to keep descriptions current but may update fees, formats, or availability without prior notice on the site. Published rates are guides until confirmed in writing.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or related consultations, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.

Changes

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
